Sienna Garloff
Marketing Manager
Sienna Garloff was born and raised in Fairfield, California. As the daughter of founder Jim Pitcher, Sienna grew up surrounded by construction. But before coming to work at the family business, Sienna started out in the service industry. She loved interacting with different people from different walks of life, and felt she had found the beginning of her career path. Coming to work at CRC Builders was a natural next step in further pursuit and definition of her passions. In her current position, Sienna is able to present CRC Builders to an expansive audience with her creative ideas.
Outside of work, Sienna is energetic and loves to spend time in nature. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her pets. Similar to her work life, Sienna loves to meet new people and develop meaningful connections. She has been a Disney fan her entire life. One of her favorite games is to play is rummy, and says that anyone going up against her had better come prepared.

What do you do at CRC Builders: Junior Project Manager
What experience(s) do you bring to CRC Builders: Besides comic relief, I bring several years of commercial construction and multifamily experience ranging from high rises in San Francisco and mixed use residential buildings in Sacramento to restaurants, boutique hotels, and tasting rooms in Napa and Sonoma County. My projects in tenant improvement in the Bay Area ranged from a few thousands dollars to higher end custom projects in Sacramento and Napa with my most expensive build to date being a $30mm hotel with tasting rooms, two restaurants, and a bowling ally. My Dad owned his own plumbing company and my Uncle owned his own concrete company, so no matter what I was going to end up in some form of construction after falling in love with it as a kid and ruining more than my fair share of my Dad's blueprints with Lisa Frank stickers and poorly drawn stick figures.
What do you like about working at CRC Builders: I genuinely enjoy everyone I work with and have really fallen in love with building custom homes and helping tailor them to clients personalities and making sure that it shines through in our work and that at the end of the day the client is happy with the result and we're proud of a job well done! I also appreciate the fact that it seems like every day I'm learning something new, and that the Project Managers are more than happy to take anyone under their wing and show them the ropes and answer all of our questions, even if I do ask at least twice a month "what on earth does this -insert random blueprint symbol here- mean again??"
When you were 5 years old, what was your dream job: Well, I wanted to be a Veterinarian, but I had a really bad stutter so instead told everyone I wanted to be a vegetarian and assumed it was the same thing. Surprise turn, I'm neither!
